WeChat Releases a New Translation Feature For its Chat App.

WeChat has previously released quite an interesting translation feature for its iOS application during the previous month, and as of recently, they have released it for Android for user to gain a hold on this amazing feature.

Similar to the way it works for the iOS application, WeChat user simply need to long-press on a message and tap the arrow icon on the right-hand side to activate this tool. Once the user hits the Translate button, the text will be converted into the user native language.

The application is currently offering the translation feature for a total of more than 20 languages these would include Chinese, French, Spanish, and Bahasa Indonesia.

Privacy Group.

This latest update for WeChat also comes along even greater privacy for group chats by introducing a “Group with Password” feature. Selected group chart participants will have to enter a four- digit code before gaining access to any sort of private group conversation, which will most likely be useful if someone else is currently utilizing the phone in particular.

WeChat continues to roll out some highly functional features that continue to guarantee that their user will have all sorts of tools available for them to fully immerse themselves within the application, by keeping themselves connected to not only their friends and family but the world around them as well.
