transcosmos inc. will begin offering “Contact-Link”, an internally developed contact center solution with enhanced SMS (Short Message Service) features.

Contact Link.

Contact-Link enables two way communications for contact center’s correspondences via phone, email, web sites and SMS. Using the enhanced SMS features, it not only realizes effective inbound/outbound communications, but it also allows uniformed management of correspondence history with customers contacting through multiple channels (such as SMS, phones, emails, and via web) possible.

Furthermore, transcosmos analytics, a subsidiary of transcosmos who conducts researches and analyses, will conduct scoring based on customer attributes and activity history to help identify high-accuracy target. Profitably, this allows improvement in efficacy and efficiency of business measures as well.

Contact-Link holds many business templates based on transcosmos’s operational excellence, and can accommodate to client’s request of an immediate launch. Additionally, transcosmos holds the capability of being able to respond to an immense increase in inbound inquiries by utilizing contact centers throughout the country. transcosmos is currently recommending the use of Contact-Link to clients who have implemented contact centerservices to reach 100 company users in FY 2014.
