Rdio Expand It’s Services Into Nine Different Regions, including Asia.

One of the largest streaming music in the world, Rdio, has recently announced its expansion into nine new territories, launching soon into Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Greece, Croatian, Cyprus, Slovakia and Slovenia. With the service now becoming available for a total of 60 countries Rdio continous to match its quick global momentum with a continuous catalog expansion, which includes an emphasis on the incorporation of a local repertoire of music based in these areas.

Corresponding with this launch, Rdio has created the “Rdio’s 60 Countries 60 stream playlist.

Featuring a single track from each of the 60 countries in Rdio’s network, the playlisy combines the current top charts, unforgettable classics, hometown anthems and Rdio favorites from all over the world.

The expansion new follows Rdio;s recent partnerships announcement made in Canada and Brazil, partnering with Shaw Communications and Grupo Bandeirantes respectively to create growing opportunities unique to each market. Joining a similar group with radio entities based in the US, Australia, and Mexico, these marketing, content and promotion partnership allows for a dynamic synergies that create a more seamless listening experience for user in the line of these market’s distinct offer and needs.

Utilizing Rdio will allow music fans to have access of a massive catalog that extends to 25 million songs or start their own custom station. New users, including the recently nine newly launched regions, can sign up at the rdio.com site and begin to listen instantly for free on the web and receive a 14-day trail of Rdio Unlimited with full access everywhere, including mobile device.
