12th Annual Nano Korea 2014, One of The Largest Nano Conventions in Korea.

The 2nd most largest cutting-edge technology exhibition in the world, Nano Korea 2014, shall be held in the exhibition halls on the 1st floor of COEX in Seoul for a total of 3 days starting from July 2nd to July 4th. This year promises to be even much larger then ever with a total of 510 booth of 360 companies. Hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy, and supervised by then Ministry of Science, ICT & Future Planning, Nano Korea is the country’s premier international event for the nano convergence industry that been held annually since 2003.


For this year,with the addition to the large number of displays being featured with some of the state of the art technologies and products to which nano technology can be applied, there will also be 6 additional new technologies feature including micro/MEMs, advanced ceramics, lasers, 3D printers and bionics. SO, there will be more attraction then ever before.

During the”Nano Korea’ Exhibition, over 260 or so companies and organization including large domestic and overseas companies, SMEs, venture firms, research institutes and universities related to nano technology will introduce the latest nano technologies and applied production as well as their research results.

This year, large corporations such as Samsung and LG will exhibit real products that combine IT & electronics, semiconductors and displays with current nano technology. They are also planning to unveil a variety of technologies and concept products, including functional coating solutions, conductive inks and CNT solutions.


It appears that nano institutions and corporations from 13 foreign countries, including the US, Japan, China and Iran, will also participate and introduce their outstanding nano technologies and use the exhibition as an important bridgehead for making inroads into the Korean market.

“The only nano convergence exhibition in the country, Nano Korea will provide practical business opportunities to diffuse nano technology research results and exchange information,” said a Nano Korea Organizing Committee official. “We will do our best to invigorate the exchange of technologies and products between Korean and foreign companies by cooperating with overseas institutions, which is the biggest strength of Nano Korea.”
